Is my digital camera ready to use when it arrives?
Absolutely! All our cameras are complete and ready to use. You don’t need to think about chargers or SD cards, it’s all there.
What is the condition of the cameras?
We are very proud to give our retro cameras a second life. However, retro products have been used before. Like all pre-loved items, they will include signs of usage.
When will my order arrive?
We ship your order within 1-3 working days with DHL. You receive an automatic e-mail with a code to track your order.
Do I need to buy a charger or SD card for my digital camera?
No way! Our best feature is that our cameras come ALL INCLUSIVE. This means they are complete with memory, battery and charging gear.
We also offer complementary devices to upload photos to your iPhone, making it ready to use and upload.
Which digital camera is best for me?
All our cameras are hand picked. We only sell cameras with a unique character. You can decide which style suits your vibe by checking the example pictures that are added to the product page.
How can I get the photos to my phone?
Very easily! We offer complimentary upload devices. Plug the device in your iPhone, add the SD card to it and import in photos. Check our Instagram reels or TikTok for a guide.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?

What if the camera I received is damaged or faulty?
All our items are hand picked and tested, meaning they function perfectly at the time of shipping. If something went wrong along the way nonetheless, please contact us straight away so we can review the situation.
If your camera turns out to be faulty, you can make use of the 14 day guarantee and we will see to replace your item with a similar device.
